These Terms of Service govern your use of this website at http://www.sarahmannnaturopath.com and the Infusions + Herbal Formulation Course. These Terms of Service are important and should be read carefully before you use the course.

By accessing this course (also called ‘the program’) you acknowledge and agree that you have read and understand these Terms of Service (also referred to as “terms”) and agree to be bound by them, all applicable laws and regulations, and agree that you are responsible for compliance with any applicable local laws.

Please take your time to read the following Terms and Conditions of Use (TOU) carefully. It is important you understand and agree to these terms before we begin our work together.

If there is anything you don't agree with or need to clarify, be in touch as soon as possible. If you do not agree with these TOU, you may not use the Program.

These TOU apply to Sarah Mann Naturopath’s digital and downloadable resources, online and in person courses, classes, programs, workshops and trainings, group mentoring and consulting, from here called ‘The Program’.

1. Access
   The Program is operated from Australia and may not be appropriate or available for use in overseas locations. If you choose to access the Program from overseas locations you are responsible for compliance with local laws, where local laws are applicable.
   
   

2. Refund Policy

   It's important to me that you get alot out of the Program so I offer a 7-day refund policy.
   If within 7 days from the start of the Program you feel like it is not right for you, email me on sarah@sarahmannnaturopath.com within this timeframe. I’ll ask for feedback on what didn’t work for you so I can learn from your experience. When I’ve received these from you, I will send you a full refund.
   After this 7 day period there are no refunds offered, so please take care to pay attention to this date if you’d like to withdraw from the Program.
   
   

3. Payment Policy

   If you chose a payment plan and your payment is not received by the date due, you will have a 5 day grace period where by the payment will be processed again after 5 days, otherwise your access to the Program and all Content will be cancelled without refund.
   
   If you fail to make payment after the 5 day grace period, or if you decide to leave the Program after the 14 day guarantee, you will remain responsible for the full cost of the Program and all payments in the payment plan you chose. You will also be responsible for any fees or expenses associated with late collection of your payment.
   
   Since this Refund Policy is clear I do not tolerate or accept any chargeback threat or actual chargeback from your credit card company or payment processor for payments due to be collected.

   
   

4. Use of the Program

   The words, videos, voice and sound recordings, training materials, design, layout, graphics, photos, images, information, materials, documents, data, databases and all other information and intellectual property accessible on or through the Program website and contained in e-mails or messages sent to you by Sarah is property of Sarah Mann Naturopath and is protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.
   
   By attending the Program you may download, print and use one copy of the Program Resources for your own personal use only. Video and sound content may not be downloaded or copied.
   
   You may not republish, reproduce, duplicate, copy, sell, display, disclose, distribute to friends, family, or any other third party the Program or Content. This remains the Company’s property.
   
   If you wish to use any of the Content, materials or any other intellectual property or property belonging to me, please request permission in writing before you use the Content by sending an e-mail to sarah@sarahmannnaturopath.com.
   
   

5. Your Conduct in the Program

   Confidentiality creates a safe container for mutual support and learning. You agree to keep all information you learn about the Program participants strictly confidential, except in very rare circumstances where disclosure is required by law. Please be aware that there is no guarantee that materials or information you upload or share within the Program are kept confidential so please share mindfully. You take full personal responsibility for what you share in the group.
   
   I personally will keep your personal information strictly confidential except in very rare circumstances where disclosure is required by law, for example when a court might issue a subpoena for your file or information.
   
   By participating in this Program you agree to be supportive, kind, respectful and encouraging. Any communication by you in the Program, website or other platforms hosted by Sarah Mann Naturopath (whether by leaving a comment, participating in a chat, public or private forum, or other interactive service) must be respectful. You may not communicate or submit any content or material that is abusive, vulgar, threatening, harassing, knowingly false, defamatory or obscene or otherwise in violation of any law or the rights of others.
   
   I, Sarah, am not responsible or liable for any loss or damage caused by third-party posts, comments, or materials shared within in the Program, website or other platforms hosted. Communication of this nature will be deleted and reported to authorities, and the offender will be removed from the Program, with full payment due and no eligibility for refund.

   
   

6. Your Username and Password

   To access the Program, including private membership areas, you will need a username and password. You agree to keep your username and password confidential and will not share it with third parties. During the registration process you agree to provide true, accurate, current and complete information about yourself.

   
   

7. Security

   Security for all personally identifiable information is extremely important to me. Unfortunately, no data transmission over the internet can be guaranteed to be 100% secure. As a result, while I strive to protect your personal information, I cannot ensure or warrant the security of any information you transmit via the internet. By transmitting any such information to me, you accept that you do so at your own risk.
   
   I cannot guarantee that use of the Program platforms, website, membership or course pages, or servers will be free of viruses, spyware, phishing, online security risks or other harmful components. You therefore agree to take full responsibility for your own online security measures when accessing the Program.
   
   I may recommend third-party sites, products or services within the Program, and it is your responsibility to fully research these third-parties before relying on their materials or entering into a transaction or relationship with them. I currently have no affiliated companies or products. If I make a recommendation it is because I personally and/or professionally recommend them, without reimbursement of any kind.

   
   

8. Personal Responsibility, Assumption of Risk, Disclaimers

   You understand that I, Sarah Mann Naturopath, cannot and do not make any representations of results, or claim or guarantee that you will achieve any particular results from your use of the Program. You understand that results differ for each individual.
   
   The Program and Content provide information and education only, and do not provide any medical or psychological services or advice. None of the Program or Content prevents, cures or treats any mental or medical condition. The Program and Content is not intended to be a substitute for professional advice that can be provided by your own medical professional/s. You hereby take full responsibility for your own physical, mental and emotional well-being, decisions, choices, actions and results within the Program and beyond. You should consult with a professional if you have specific questions about your own unique situation.
   
   You acknowledge that all treatment approaches, including Herbal Medicine, have an element of risk, and suggestions such as physical activity and exercise for example have an inherent element of risk. Inherent risks are risks that cannot be eliminated completely regardless of the care and precautions taken. You therefore take full responsibility for participating in the Program and release Sarah Mann Naturopath of any liability for your use of or reliance on any opinions or advice contained in the Program.
   
   You agree that you are able to safely participate in the Program. You understand as a Naturopath Sarah Mann does not have hospital privileges, and cannot prescribe pharmaceutical drugs or diagnose disease. Therefore you will maintain an on-going relationship with your primary care physician.

   
   

9. Indemnification

   You agree to defend, indemnify, release, and hold harmless Sarah Mann Naturopath against any and all claims, damages, obligations, losses, liabilities, costs, debt and expenses (including but not limited to legal fees) arising from or in connection with your use of the Program or Content in violation of these TOU.

   
   

10. Delivery of the Program

    The information, products and services offered on and through the Program and Content are provided “as is” and without warranties of any kind either expressed or implied. I do not warrant that the Program or any of its functions will be uninterrupted or error-free.
    
    I will of course try to ensure that the availability and delivery of the Program and Content is uninterrupted and error-free. I cannot guarantee that your access will not be suspended or restricted from time to time, including to allow for repairs, maintenance or updates, although, of course, I will try to limit the frequency and duration of suspension or restriction so you can enjoy the Program.

12. Updates to Terms

    These Terms and Conditions of Use may be revised or updated at any time. Your access or use of the Program or Content after the changes are distributed, constitutes agreement to them.
